Our Founder
शैक्षणिक रूप से पिछड़ा हुआ क्षेत्र के विकास हेतु महान कर्मयोगी व् शिक्षाविद श्री बालेन्द्रत्रिपाठी ने अपने माता-पिता के स्मृति में 19 नवंबर 2003 को के.डी.आर.टी. स्मारक पी.जी. महाविद्यालय का निबंधन प्राप्त किया तथा 14 अप्रैल 2004 को महाविद्यालय परिसर की परिकल्पना को साकार किया।
अपने दो दशक के यात्रा में के. डी. आर.टी. स्मारक पी. जी. महाविद्यालय उत्तरोत्तर प्रगति करते हुए विभिन्न पाठ्यक्रम को निरंतर गति प्रदान करता रहा है। आज महाविद्यालय में बी.ए, बी.एससी, बी.कॉम, एम.ए (सोशलॉजी, होम साइंस) बी.एडएवम्डी.एल.एड (बी.टी.सी)की पाठ्यक्रम उपलब्ध है।
छात्र-छात्राओं के शारीरिक व् मानसिक विकास, तथा अनुशासित जीवन शैली एवं समाज व देश के प्रति सेवा भाव विकसित करने के लिये एन सी सी और नेशनल स्काउट्स एंड गाइड का प्रकोष्ठ भी है। जहाँ छात्र एवं छात्राओं के सर्वांगीण विकास पर ध्यान दिया जाता है।
आधुनिक शिक्षा प्रणाली के तहत यहाँ स्मार्ट लाइब्रेरी की व्यवस्था की गयी है। खेल का बड़ा मैदान है जहाँ छात्र योग और खेल कूद का अभ्यास करते हैं, तथा समय-समय पर खेल कूद का बड़े स्तर पर आयोजन भी होता रहता है।
छात्र और छात्राओं के स्वास्थ्य का ध्यान रखते हुएयहाँ शुद्ध पेय जल की व्यवस्था की गयी है, ताकि जलजनित बिमारियों से बचाव हो सके। छात्र छात्राओं के लिए अलग अलग शौचालय की व्यवस्था है। महाविद्यालय परिसर को सुरक्षा के दृष्टिकोण से स्मार्ट सी.सी.टी.वी कैमरा से लैस किया गया है।
वर्तमान में महाविद्यालय का सुंदर भविष्य और इसके उत्तरोत्तर प्रगति के लिए संस्थापक महोदय ने महाविद्यालय की जिम्मेदारी व कार्यभार श्री श्री रविशंकर विद्या मंदिर ट्रस्ट को भेंट कर दिया है।
Our Management
Samir Jolly, born to an army brigadier, an Honors graduate in Political Science and a Masters in Business Management from Symbiosis, Pune, he began his career in the corporate world, working at Wockhardt in Mumbai and later Wipro in Bangalore. Inspired by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji, as an international faculty member, Samir has fearlessly dedicated himself to social transformation, using Sudarshan Kriya and Youth Leadership Training Program to empower youth and reform lives. His remarkable efforts have led to the surrender and rehabilitation of numerous militants and insurgents across India, notably in conflict zones like the maoist belt and the North-east. He has travelled to over 10 countries to impart the teachings of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar Ji.
Our Inspiration
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, a world-renowned spiritual leader, advocates for a stress-free, violence-free world through his organization, the Art of Living, and his teachings.
He emphasizes the importance of nurturing basic human values in the classroom, stating, “A child is born with these values, and a teacher needs to uncover them.”
What are these human values?
Compassion, Cooperation, friendliness, smiles, laughter, lightness, wanting to help, a sense of belonging and caring for each other. He emphasizes on values such as interfaith harmony and multicultural education for a more peaceful planet. His initiatives reach millions and inspire educational institutions to create a better society.

About our Trust - SSRVM
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Vidya Mandir Trust (SSRVM Trust), established in 1999, is a Charitable and Educational Trust dedicated towards imparting stress-free and value-based education to the Society.
The Trust is committed to providing a world-class, holistic education to students across various age groups and fields of study, integrating academic excellence with human values.
Today, the Trust runs 120+ institutions across India and 2 in Nepal and Oman. These include Schools, Sri Sri Ayurveda Colleges and Hospitals, a Nursing College, and the Sri Sri University in Odisha. It is the educational wing of the Art of Living founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
